  Just had delivery to Berkeley. it was so good, this was actually my second night in a row!
  The Shrimp Egg Foo Young was amazing as were the Walnut Prawns. Good size portions too.
  
  The Shrimp Fried rice was a large portion and shrimp all through, not just on top.
  
  The Honey Dew Milk and Pineapple Smoothies were out of this world.
  
  Delivery was on time and food was hot and yummy.
  
  The only reason I'm giving a 4 is the Black Bean Chicken was just ok;
  
  Overall, I would give a 4 1/2 if that was possible.
  
  Will definitely be ordering from this place again and look forward to tasting other dishes.

  The Pearl House received review above two stars for its consistency in favor, this is due to the lack of surrounding restaurants at it price level ability to do so.  
  
  If one choices to spend more on a meal the would not meet above average standards.
  
  The customer service is very low, the ability to correct errors in ordering is very low.   The ability to eat on site is meet by very low in house customer service.
  
  When I asked to speak to the managers I was told by who answered the phone they did not speak English and was hung up on.
  
  When a computer error caused my order to be incorrected, I offered to pay out of pocket to get the items I wanted and was denied service.   The person whom answered the phone claimed I refused to listen to het explanation as to how Beyond the Menu was responsible.  However I simply needed to items I ordered to complete the meals for my family.
  
  When an employee is that rude one has the be afraid of what might happen if you complain to management and or beyond the menu about their behavior.  If resolved an employee might spit or  do something to your food.

  Ok, not great.  Sesame chicken has clearly been sitting around in a hot plate, was soggy and soft.  Fried rice was dark brown with heavy soy sauce, tofu was decent

  Disagreeable service, indifferent food. The manager owner is extremely surly and unpleasant. I have been dining here on and off for months, and her attitude has never changed. Ok if you're picking up, but don't ever dine in. I will never eat here ever again.

  Folks if u want to eat some SLOP and day old food,this is the place to go!!!!!!!! Food is disgusting!!! AMMONIA SMELL coming from Shrimp Fried Rice and Fried Prawns!!!  NEXT DAY STOMACH WAS in Terrific pain.
